It is said in China that it is very beneficial for anyone to take up Tai Chi to increase their energy levels. In fact, it turns out this form of exercise and 'moving meditation' is beneficial to all ages and interestingly it has different effects on different demographics.
Benefits include increased core strength, stamina, improved balance, mental clarity and a greater sense of wellbeing in your day.
The class is an hour long, informally facilitated by experienced instructor Paul Barnard. Loose Clothing is the go to help you move freely.
