Fit for Life
Strength - Flexibility - Balance
Thursday 9.30 am to 10.30 am

Fit for Life is suitable for both beginners and the more advanced providing a dynamic and structured workout.
The workout covers lower body, upper body using weights, (you choose the weight that's confortable for you), and core. Plus you will also work your way around the balance apparatus.
The session is timed to music making it fun, energising and highly beneficial.
