Fit for Life is suitable for both beginners and the more advanced providing a dynamic and structured workout.
The workout covers lower body, upper body using weights - less or more up to you - and core. Plus you will also work your way around the balance apparatus.
The session is timed to music making it fun, energising and highly beneficial.
