​​Whether you were once much more physically active or have never been one to exercise regularly, now is a great time to start an exercise and fitness regimen. Getting and staying in shape is important at any age, and it's never too late.

A smartly designed exercise program will benefit your body and mind in innumerable ways. We recommend you book in with one of our qualified Certificate 111 fitness instructors to be assessed and have an exercise program written for you.

You personalised exercise program will be re-assessed regularly to ensure you are gaining the most benefit from your workout.


The gym is fitted out with a good range of equipment including a Force-6 All in One trainer, Treadmill, Elliptical trainer, Smith machine, Recumbent bike, weight discs, balance equipment , Kettle bells and more.​
