Step Aerobics

Monday  4.00 pm to 5.00 pm

Our fitness instructor runs a fun well-structured session, which enables you to follow along and not have to think about it being exercise.

 

Step Aerobics is a physical work out to music that gives the entire body a great work out

– heart, lungs, arms and legs especially.

It's a great way to improve your fitness and you can work as hard as you want to.
