Step Aerobics
Monday 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm

This weekly session on Mondays from 3.00 to 4.00 pm is a physical work out to music that gives the entire body a great work out – heart, lungs, arms and legs especially. It is a great way to improve your fitness and you can work as hard as you want to.
Jenny Worcester runs a fun well-structured session, which enables you to follow along and not have to think about it being exercise.
Fee: $5 (10 session card) plus the annual membership of $30
